I am working in Excel. I haven’t restarted the computer in a while, and it is only documents where this is happening so I don’t think it is something with the function keys.

The last one is a toggle for locking and unlocking the rest. If the function keys are locked, I can't use them. Other keyboards I've used do something similar in other ways, but I can't remember how right now.

I haven’t had to use much in documents until a week or so ago when for work they want us to fill out a spreadsheet report on a database performance. I am logged into my work VPN, and have never noticed documents doing anything like this before up until a week or so ago.
