Hi all,

Has anyone had any success using the Microsoft Accessibility feedback 
page at
https://survey2.securestudies.com/wix/p273342712.aspx

I'm trying to let Microsoft know that Word isn't accessible in Android 
Marshmallow. I fill out the survey answering all questions (9 I think), 
but when I press enter on Next, I get an error message reminding me that 
all fields are required. When I go back through the form, some of the 
check boxes I marked are unchecked, so I check them again, click Next 
again, and get the error message again.

Any thoughts about what could be going wrong?

I'd rather not call in because I feel like the tech taking my call will 
feel compelled to troubleshoot with me when the problem is that it's 
just not accessible.
