Although I do not know a name, I can provide the following:
* Microsoft's Disability Services: 800-936-5900.
They appear to be quite helpful.

Subject: [VICUG-L] I need a contact at Microsoft, any help?
HI all,
Well folks, I'm working on a project, and I really, really, need to
contact someone working at Microsoft, especially, the head of
accessibility there. Does anyone know that person?
I'm working on a huge project, and I'm going to need their help! I can't
say much about it right now, but details will come out in time, and it
will help the blind community.
Harry
