Greetings,  I don't know if this suggestion will help answer your question, 
But does your televisions remote have a button call SAP? I'm not sure since 
I have time Warner myself, But thought that I would throw
that out here.  Also, Have you tried calling the Comcast disability answer 
desk? Perhaps they can help you with your issue.

I am not sure if this topic is appropriate for this list.

I am subscribed to Comcast and descriptive video is enabled. However,
I'm still not receiving that track when I listen to programs that
broadcast it.

Does my TV also have to have the capability to provide DVS?
