hi all this is becky H. I am stuck. I use windows 8.1 and system 
access. my problem is this, when I go to a web sight I can't click on 
the link it will not let me. I can't open another page control o will 
not work. I can send email just fine. I tryed resetting the conputer 
and my modam but that did not work. verizon is my isp and they were no 
help to me. I can send emails using my system access but when I go to a 
web sight, it will not work. now I tryed to go into the modam but no 
go. I tryed to change my home page but no go as well. can you please
