Choosing the run option will download the file to a temporary location 
and then launch it. You may not be able to find it after you're done 
with it. Saving it obviously puts it in a location, like your Downloads 
folder, where you can find it later. This is usually the criteria I use 
when deciding whether to run or save the file.
