Hi all,
I'm using a windows 7 laptop.
This is not a jaws issue, this is a windows explorer issue.
No m    atter what I click on, any folder I have, and also, when I click 
on computer, I get message.
"The remote procedure called failed to execute."
I searched for it online, and found this info, but I'm confused about 
something.
It said to do the following.
1. in the search box in windows 7, type services
2. Now after it opens, tab 1 time to the list view.
3. Now, Hit r, or, down arrow to remote procedure call, and it should be 
set to started. If it is not, then set it to started.
4. Now, down arrow 1 time to another remote procedure call (rpc), and it 
should be set to manual. If it is not, set it to manual.
So, my question is, how do you set it to the settings it is supposed to 
be set to? When I press spacebar, I get nothing.
I'm thinking of getting sighted help over here.
This just started happening tonight.
