I don't have a Chromebook, but I do use Chrome with ChromeVox. I also
use Google Docs, and the best way I've found to do this is with Chrome
and chromeVox. Ditto for Google drive, except that you can also use this
like Drop Box with different apps and applications used to access the
documents and files you have stored in Google Drive. I've also played
with Google Docs on my iPhone with the Google Drive app, and it's mostly
accessible, and may be totally accessible by now or by someone with a
bit more time and desire to stick with it.
BTW, I consider Google Drive to be a super set of Google Docs, and I
just use the term Google Docs when referring to the apps used to work
with the documents, spread sheets and presentations in Google Drive.
