There doesn't seem to be a direct number or email address for Facebook, 
though there do seem to be quite a few companies that offer FB support. 
since customer ratings are generally low, I wouldn't try them.

This page has answers to various problems. It assumes you're using a 
cell phone, so some of the answers involve cell phones. Still, there's 
other information that may help you, and there are a couple of links to 
online forms, which you may or may not get an answer to.
