What is a dump file, what isit is it's purpose, and how would one get to it
if one were "created". Thanks.

Subject: Re: [VICUG-L] Strange Issue With JAWS

Hello everyone,
Many thanks to those of you who commented on the "strange problem with
JAWS." Because of your comments, I better identified the issue I thought I
to was experiencing on some web pages and was able to pursue the issue
further. Thanks to your comments on this list and the efforts of our
Software Development team, we have identified the cause of the problem and
you can expect to see a resolution implemented in an upcoming JAWS release.

The Dump (.dmp) file which was created when the symptoms occurred on my
computer was instrumental in successfully investigating the problem. So, if
you have occasion to report JAWS related issues to Freedom Scientific,
please do try to provide the Dump file, if one is created when a "crash" or
"hang" occurs.

I'd like to extend my very best wishes to everyone on the VICUG list. May
you and your families have a joyous holiday season, a merry Christmas and a
very happy New Year.

Sincerely,

Ron Miller
