Share your voting experience with
The National Council on Disability

After you vote, share your voting experience with the National Council
on Disability (NCD) and the National Disability Rights Network. Complete
a brief
questionnaire about your experiences, including any physical,
attitudinal, or other barriers you may have faced when attempting to
exercise your constitutional
right to vote. Your responses will help NCD complete their big picture
report of what it's like to vote with a disability in the United States.
The report
will be issued in early 2013.

A Government Accounting Office report found that, in 2008, only 73
percent of polling places had accessibility issues. NCD and its partners
would like
to learn how people with disabilities fare in this election, four years
later.
