Hi All,

I recently switched to firefox as my internet browser. Over all, I like
it very much. It's a lot less prone to crashes than Internet Explorer,
and it works better with some of the websites that used to give me problems.

The trouble with Firefox, though, is that it doesn't do well with
frames. Sometimes I just can't access the content with Jaws, whether I
arrow to the frame or use the Jaws list frames command. Other times, the
website crashes, and the error I usually get says something about Flash.
Most of the time, the behavior is consistent; in other words, it always
happens or it never happens on a given webpage. There are a few
webpages, however, where the problem may or may not happen. The only
example I can think of that is not work related is the Audible website.
It works fine for fifteen or twenty minutes; then it sometimes crashes
with a Flash error.

What I'm trying to figure out is whether the problem lies with firefox,
Jaws 13 Professional, Flash, Java, or something else. I'm running
Windows 7 Ultimate, and everything is up-to-date. Is there a plugin I'm
missing or a setting I need to change? I'd really love to use Firefox
all the time.

ciao
