I don't have a Mac, so I can't speak to specifics about Boot Camp or Fusion,
but it kind of depends on what you're looking for. Boot Camp will let you
boot either Windows or Mountain Lyon. You'll have either one OS running or
the other. Fusion will let you run Windows in a virtual machine, so you'll
start Mountain Lyon, start Fusion and then have a copy of Windows running
along side Mountain Lyon. In other words, you'll have both Mountain Lyon and
Windows running at the same time, and you can jump between the two.

Like I said, I don't have a Mac, but I do run Ubuntu on a PC. I use VMware
on Ubuntu to run Windows with either JAWS or NVDA in a virtual machine. I
can alt+tab over to my virtual machine running Windows and then I use
control+g to turn the keyboard and mouse over to Windows. I use
control+alt+shift to send the keyboard and mouse back over to Ubuntu. I'd
assume Fusion would behave similarly.

BTW, I also have Windows installed on this machine, so I could boot up into
Windows instead of Ubuntu, but I don't think I've done this since the first
weekend I owned this machine over a year ago.
