I've used jaws 12 and mac os with itunes, I like the mac better but can use jaws with it just fine without scripts. I haven't used later versions of itunes with jaws extensiely though.

In order to use itunes on the mac, you will need to learn the interface. It is easy for me now because I am comfortable with the mac os and have been using it for several years as it has evolved.
For me the mac os interface is a much better experience than jaws is for most things. I'd recommend you get hold of some podcasts that demonstrate the interface. You can find some at blindcooltec and vision austrailia. I'm sure there are others and the voiceover getting started guide ca be helpful as well.

There may be someone here who can help you with itunes on windows. I've found that it has been possible to work with itunes with jaws but some of what you have to do is a bit unconventional.

I'd like to hear what others have experienced with jaws and itunes.

Thanks.

I am using iTunes for Windows to manage my iPhone and am finding it
frustrating to organize my music collection and to use the software with
JAWS. I even tried some custom scripts called BlindTunes but that didn't
make the process any easier. Some people have told me that iTunes on the
mac is much easier to use.
Is this true? I was in a store today and looked at a mac mini and thought
that this would be the computer I would get if iTunes is more user-friendly.
I would like to hear from anyone who has had experience with managing a
music collection on a mac.

Thanks,
Dan
