I'm a Windows power user, but I'm only a basic user of the Mac.
My transition has been slow because I keep finding myself in situations
where I'm required to use a Windows machine. for example, one of the
websites I use for work is not Mac compatible, so for that job, I use my
netbook exclusively, rather than switching back and forth. Nevertheless,
I've made enough progress on the Mac that I generally no longer mind
muddling around when I don't know how to do something.
That said, I don't think iTunes is all that much easier on the Mac. I
thinnk people say it is because the rest of the Mac works in more or
less the same way. You arrow left and right to get to the next or
previous item, and you usually get a label in one space and the form
control in the neighboring space as you arrow. I don't do a lot of
managing in iTunes, so I can't help you there, but maybe if you
explained what you're doing and where the problem is happening, a more
experienced user will jump in.
