I can't find the info page for it any more but you can subscribe to the
Accessible Phones list by sending a message to:
[log in to unmask]

Note that there are other lists specifically for people using Talks or
the iPhone, but the accessible phones list is a good list for generic
discussions or people who haven't decided which way to go yet with
respect to an accessible phone.
