It's almost as old as you are...
What I did was get a piece of clear shelf-liner. (You can also use the
clear plastic Thermoform paper if you have that, the dots would hold up
better).
Anywho, cut the shelfliner to fit, but don't remove the backing. Have a
pair of eyes mark each control while it is held in place. Then, put it in a
Brailler and label in the appropriate squares. Ours has held up pretty well
for the last seven years, the thicker sheets would be better but a lot more
expensive and not as readily available.
