I think he went away of his own accord.  He's probably not a bad guy, 
but did seem to have some issues.   Maybe we all do, but  he seemed to 
wear his on his sleeve.

One problem was not taking good advice that was offered.  Just because 
someone gives you advice on this list doesn't make it gospel, but if 5 
people  suggest the same thing and you do the exact opposite,nobody 
wants to hear you piss and moan when it doesn't work.
