Hi Dustin,

I had a play with the Icom IC-7100 last October. It is touch screen
controlled, and has the Icom voice chip. Unfortunately, we could not make
any of the commands talk, and I'm wondering if having the voice chip might
give a false impression of accessibility. One to check out, I think.

Best wishes, Kelvin Marsh - M0AID
