Michael,
This may be too easy, but did you check to make sure that the drives were
properly configured in the BIOS (ie - not installed)?
Drive A as 3.5" - 1.44M
Drive B as 5.25" - 1.2M
Then make sure to change the boot sequence in the BIOS from 'C: A:' to 'A:
C:' .
This will hopefully take care of it!
