You have to remember too, you have a jumper between the radio and tw-1, at 
least 1 jumper. Mine is a lot more accurate than that and consistent. Also 
the internal tuner will cut you back a bit, if the swr changes in the least, 
that will change the power reading, at least on the tw-1, there are a lot of 
factors that can explain that. I can just say mine is a lot more consistent 
than that though and very close to what I'm told the radio says.
