Ask Yourself - Do I know......

Which nutrients support vitality and good brain and gut health?

How can I avoid feeling sluggish and gaining weight on the gluten free diet?

Or how can I gain weight in a healthy way?

Which supplements do I really need and how much?

What labs should I ask my doctor to check now and going forward?

My intensive weekend retreats offer an in-depth look at gluten-free
nutrition for celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity - they are
designed to help you take your health to the next level. You'll also have
the chance to ask an expert celiac dietitian and gastroenterologist all of
your questions about the gluten-free diet and lifestyle. Extra time for
massage, spa, yoga, tennis, poolside time, and golf between workshops.
