Scott,

There was a discussion on the Handiham Radio club TechNet about this very
subject a couple of weeks ago. You might want to look through the archives
!

Subject: Crossbanding Tm-V71a and ThF^a

Good Evening Listers:

As the subject states, I am looking to use my new Tm-V71a in cross-band
repeat with my Thf6a. Anything I should know about as a blind person to be
able to set this configuration up? I read the manual for the mobile and
that looks pretty straightforward. If anyone has had experience setting
that configuration up, any tips and tricks would be appreciated. Is there
anything special I need to do with the ht? It said in the instructions that
I would have to set up remote control operation and wasn't sure how easy
that was to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
