Good point Donovan. I thought of that after reading the article too.
His first mistake is going beyond "This is what works for me".
I come across that a lot in my profession...massage therapist and Pilates
trainer.
I can never even say "Take Advil"....I can say "If it were me..." or "...do
you think that
would help"?
On the other hand....in many of the Paleo podcasts and blogs they do give
advice, w/
a disclaimer that this is not to be used as medical replacement.
I don't know the answer either, but it is a good point. It's all simantics,
I guess.
