	Maybe you are  thinking of SGC tuners?   Below is a link to the e-ham 
tuner review page.  There are a boatload from SGC, and I think that one 
or more can be  used at the antenna base, drawing needed 12 volts on the 
coax.  I know this is also done with some remote antenna switches and 
mast mounted preamps.

There are also some tuners listed from CG, which I think are out of 
China.  I think at least one is for remote use.
I didn't see anything from STG, but maybe there is something out there 
by that name.
