Hello All. I am new to a GF diet. I baked my first loaf of
bread today(Gluten-Free Panty Favorite Sandwich Bread).
It says to slice it and freeze it. What is the proper way to store
baked goods that will be consumed within 2-3 days?
Instead of freezing why can it not be wrapped in plastic wrap for a
few days, or can it? I see shar brand bread and rolls
at the market I shop at and its not frozen, however, I noticed some
brands are frozen. I also plan to bake some bread from
scratch, not a boxed mix, and I hope it doesn't have to be kept
frozen. Some suggest to freeze breads because they have
no preservatives but is this necessary if the food will be consumed
within a few days.

Any info appreciated.

Rob
