Steve, my apologies. Forgot about meeting--all hell breaking lose with my
vista machine. Office 2010 crashed and looks like its from an explorer.exe
problem so plan to upgrade to windows 7.  big mess right now.  More later.

As far as I know, there's no way to have it shut off after a specific time.
