Hi Paul,
There is an accessibility review of the TM-V71E at:
http://active-elements.org/2013/06/24/kenwood-tm-v71e-accessibility-review/
Although this is the European version, the radio is virtually the same as
the American model, with the necessary coverage differences.
The page contains an audio demo, a recording of the manual in MP3 format,
an HTML manual, and panel and mike descriptions.
Best wishes, Kelvin Marsh - M0AID

Subject: Looking for Info about a New 2 and 440 radio
Good afternoon,
It's been many years since I bought the Kenwood TMV7A for both base and
mobile use. Now both rigs have a display if you want to call what they show
a display as it's not good for anything.
The question I'm asking is can you recommend a 2 and 440 rig that is
feasible for a blind person to operate and hopefully able to be programmed
by the computer. Recommendations and comments?
Thank you and 73,
Have a great day,
Paul Bolduc
