I am sorry you had to make all these changes in your life. I remember how
devastated you were and I remember that you had a problem with Social
Security too.
I know that small towns are not the easiest places to live when you do not
have a car and there isn't any public transportation.
I know the some mail carriers will pick up your mail when they deliver other
mail to you.
I also know that you can order Stamps when you see your Mail Carrier or you
can call on the phone and order them.
You can also get a rubber stamp or labels to mail things Free Matter for the
Blind when that is appropriate.
I know this doesn't even touch the tip of the iceberg but it is just a
little start.
