Hi, I got the MC60 last October from HRO. It comes with a round
I think 8 pin plug but if you ask them for the adapter that has
the RJ45 for the TMV71A they should have it for around $20.00
which is a lot, but at least you can use the mic on several
radios. I also have used it on the TS-480 with the same RJ45
adapter and more recently, on a Ts-2000 without the adapter. Jim

Hi, everyone. I am a newcommer to the Blind-Hams list. Glad to
be here. I
was interested to learn that the Kenwood MC60 mic can be used on
the tmv71A.
Is there a corfd available for the MC60 or do you have to get an
adapter.H R
O has an adapter going from eight pin to r j 45 but they are
configured for
Icom. Can anyone on list tell me how to make the m c 60 work on
the t m v 71
A? Sorry I didn't ask while the thread was going. I haven't been
feeling
well until today. 73

Don't know which rigs you have, but my Mc-60 will work on the
2000, 480, and 71a. Jim WA6EKS
