Well, I just got a note from a guy at bookshare saying that he's sent an 
email to ARRL about getting publications from them.  Keep your fingers 
crossed.

Bookshare has taken my inquiry seriously though.

I've sent an email to bookshare suggesting they might want to partner with
the ARRL to get some of their technical materials into the collection.
There are a couple of license manuals and a general class study book out
there, but more would be much better of course.

check the arrl.  Last I knew they sold the book.
You will have to get it scanned.
