Ironically, Howard, as a Department Head now, and more into the 
administrative areas of higher education, my main job is becoming one of 
making complicated forms and procedures easy to understand for the typical 
faculty member.  And, as you know, that is no small task indeed.  It is also 
a major shift in thinking.  But then again, that may be a good thing in the 
long run.
