tx and rx tones are precisely the same tones...IE, 100HZ is 100HZ if it's on 
transmit or receive.
I think there are about 38 standardized tones in common usage.
And regardless of what they are called, they are all the same.
weather you are using a yaesu, kenwood, icom, alinco, baofeng, wouxun, 
motorola, GE, standard, vertex, whatever under the sun, 110.9 is still 110.9 
no matter what it's refered to as.
It's like any frequency...146.52 is still the same frequency no matter what 
radio you have it on right?
