Its from kurzweil educational systems, but its $1200.  I think some of the 
software from
http://www.readingmadeeasy.com will do the same thing for a hundred or so.
Goldwave has a free demo,
http://www.goldwave.com
You can record your screen reading the file.  Their might be other ways to 
do the same thing.
k1000 is a scanning, OCR, and researching program.
