Tom,

The bonus station is W3SC in Schuylkill county.  As far as I know there 
have been no rule changes  for this year.  There is an ongoing list of 
fixed station plans and mobile routes posted to the party's e-mail list. 
    I'll try and remember to send you the final one which will come out 
the Friday night prior.

Good to hear everyone today, and tnx for the input on my recorded  audio 
test.
