yes, I hear them too, sometimes stop and copy but am not consistent.

Take time, be patient with yourself, copy in your head and copy signals on
the bands.  It will come back.  Just going from a straight key to a paddle
will soon jump your sending by 10 WPM.  I often hear slow speed guys on 40
from 7.1 to 7.125.
