Thank you for responding.
I do not currently have an H F rig.
I would like to be able to send CW via Echo Link or perhaps create sound
files to email as attachments.
Thus, I could email assignments to my instructor.
It's all for fun!

Are you looking for something to practice and learn CW via the pc? Or
are you looking to interface pc to radio to transmit?
A cw interface will key the radio in cw through the key jack on the
radio and doesn't use the sound card. Having said that, there is some
software out there that does transmit cw via audio tones, but that
isn't really the way to go unless you have an odd situation.
