  This isn't a therapy list, it's a ham radio topic list.  If you get some 
  sort of theraputic benefit out of ham radio, good for you, but leave that 
  for some other list or for your professional shrink and leave us out of it.
  If you have valid questions, state them and someone else with more patients 
  than me might still try to help you.
  I've done what I'm goign to do and that was far more than you were ever 
  thankful for.
