I have five quick questions I'd like to know your answers on: 


1. When you accidentally (hopefully never on purpose, right?) ingest gluten, what are your symptoms? 


2. When do you symptoms start after ingesting gluten? 


3. How long do your symptoms last from the ingestion of gluten? 


4. Does anyone have a 2-3 hour delay in symptoms after ingesting gluten? 


5. Has anyone ever gone into shock after gluten ingestion and had to go to the hospital? 


Just got out of the hospital and wanted to know your experiences.
