Here is South Louisiana we are starting to harvest our fall gardens. There is not anything better than fresh, home grown vegetables. The problem is there is such an abundance of freshly grown vegetable it is sometimes hard to know what to do with them all.

One of our solutions to this is to bake them using our Hol Grain Chicken Coating Mix. Yes, we know the product says Chicken Coating Mix, but truth be known it makes an excellent coating mix for Vegetables, pork, fish and chicken.

It is a very EASY to use product, simple put the Veggies in a zip lock type bag, add the Hol Grain Chicken Coating Mix, and shake it up till the Veggies are all coating evenly, then place the veggies on a tray and bake a way.

Your family will love the final product and so will you. Easy to fix, easy to serve and healthy and nutritious....life is good, when you are using our Hol Grain products.

Please visit our website for more recipes and serving suggestions.

We are available at all the better Independent Natural Stores and Supermarkets. Look for our special October price on our Web Site, too.

Bon Appetite,
