Hi list, a friend of mine has a Kenwood TMV71A foresale.  He has only had it 
for I think somewhat over a year and is selling it in order to buy a rig 
with more bands covering HF.  It does not include the speech chip, VGS1 
which you can get from HRo for around $60.  Here is his email to me.  If 
anyone is interested, write back to me and I will forward to him.
on HRO they are listed at 370.  I would sell mine for about 285, with the PC 
programming
cable and pay the shipping to the USA. As you know, it has no speech chip.
