To save an attachment in Outlook 2010:
1. Open the message by hitting enter on it.
2. To get into the attachment area, either hit Ins A, or hit shift tab from
within the message. I have noticed that Ins A doesn't always work with JAWS
13.
3: In the attachment field, your cursor will be on an item called message.
Use your right arrow to move the cursor to the attachment.
4. With the cursor on the attachment, hit alt to get to the attachments
ribbon, then tab three times to get to the lower ribbon "save As" item.
5. Hit enter and you will be in the Save As dialogue box. Either type in a
path, or tab around until you find where you want to save the file. Hit the
save button to finish.
To attach a file in Outlook 2010:
1. From within the message to which you are attaching the file, hit alt to
get to the ribbon, then right arrow to get to the "insert" item.
2. Hit tab to move to the lower ribbon. The first item you hear should be
"file". Hit enter on this.
3. You should now be in the same dialogue box as in previous versions of
Outlook in which you can either type a file name to attach, or brows to find
the file you want to attach.
4. Hit enter to complete the process. This will return you to the body of
your message. Then just send the message by hitting alt S.
