I receive the FDA recall alerts as many other on this list do.  I  
must say I'm amazed that anyone with or without celiac are well since  
there are so many recalls.  I believe our food chain is broken.  Eat  
local... eat organic... cook your own food and avoid processed  
food... would be my best strategy to stay health.  And of course,  
avoid gluten.   Get to the basics of food like the raw ingredients  
and make your own.  Better yet, grow your own if you can.
