 Hi Fellow Tingly Toes!
I highly recommend for constant exercise use of negative-heel shoes, such as MBT or Earth Shoes. After switching to them for my daily walks about town the tingly has disappeared.

These take some getting used to, but it is well worth it. Every step engages the whole foot, heel to the tip of every toe, so it is an involuntary work-out for which you do not have to set aside precious minutes of your day.
