Part of getting good search results (regardless of the search engine) is in what you search for.  I used Google and searched for the words "fructose glucose content foods chart", and got back a bunch of relevant hits.  The first one looks promising but the site is down.   The second looks like what you're after:

http://www.foodintolerances.com.au/downloads/fructose-food-table.aspx

Also FYI, when a site is down or goes away, that doesn't necessarily mean it's really gone.  You might try putting the URL you used to use in the swayback machine at http://www.archive.org.  Sometimes you can use that to retrieve content from a site that is down or no longer operating.
