Hi.

If your keyboard is like mine, it has only one Windows key.  What I do is
hold the Windows key with one finger on my left hand, hit F4 with another
finger on my left hand, and hit the INSERT key with a finger on my right
hand.  It's not the easiest thing to do, but it works for me.  I'm planning
on getting a new keyboard tomorrow.
