Everybody that has posted a followup to the original post on "Paleo 
blogger in NC" has excessively quoted from prior posts. And as the 
thread has progressed, the quoting has gotten worse, with some 
quoting a couple of post levels back.

Controlling excessive quoting is one of the rules of ICORS that hosts 
this list. And a rule that they expect us listowners to enforce.

When the list is only discussing one topic there really is no need to 
quote any of the prior posts at all.

And please no top posting. When you post, please delete all quoted 
material that is below your signature.
