Yes, only meat (though I am not on a zero carb diet). And, yes, I eat 
raw red meat, raw chicken, raw pork, raw fish (as well as some cooked 
meats). At the moment, local farmers are my sources (save the fish). Raw 
is an option, not a requirement, in paleo eating. -=mark=-
