I received many responses, suggestions and expressions of sympathy. Below is a summary of suggestions with the caveat that people have different reactions and varied successes.

Gliding but not eliminate it. No treatment can handle the dietary load of a serving of pasta or bread.
Eat something greasy to speed things along
Drink lots of water
Ginger tea, tapioca tea, Ayurvedic tea
E3 Advanced Plus capsules
Charcoal capsules
Glutenease, enzymes, Gliadinx
Yogurt
Ginger ale
Steroids, Benadryl, ibuprofen
Arrowroot
Fiber, high fiber laxative
Veratrum Alba
Apple cider vinegar
Epsom salt bath
Pepto bismol, gas-x, alka seltzer
Imodium
"Nothing works"
Time
For me, I drank a lot of water and took glutenease. I avoided my usual diarrhea but had my usual painful gut for several days.
