You can use Wingate (http://www.deerfield.com/wingate/) - it will do exactly
what you want.

Subject: [PCBUILD] How to connect a remote computer through the lan
using a dial-up on the host.

I have a question.
I have 2 p120 systems at home. They are connected in a LAN by a coax
cable.
On one of my computers I have an internet dial-up TCP/IP connection.
How can I connect to the internet on the second computer using the first

as a host.
Would appreatiate any help.
Thanks.
